Aaron has spent all of his 25 year career with food manufacturers such as Lindt & Sprungli Group (current) representing the Lindt, Ghirardelli & Russell Stover Chocolate brands, Kraft Foods, Nabisco & Pepsi-Cola. He currently leads Lindt & Sprungli’s North American Field Sales & Merchandising retail execution team.
Aaron’s previous roles have included customer headquarter team management, customer marketing teams as well as field retail operations including DSD. Aaron is dedicated to enhancing in-store retail conditions and furthering the consumer shopping experience for all retailers. Former member of the World Alliance for Retail Standards & Excellence and had served on the Board for five years.
