Hey members! If you want to have a place to display your materials for other members to see during the Shop!X, the display table area is the way to go. Continental breakfasts and breaks will take place in this area, which is open to the back of the General Session room throughout the conference. A limited number of tables are available on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-served basis. Preference will be given to Associate Member companies who have paid the $249 fee.
Feel free to use your table as a meeting point throughout the event as it will be accessible all day Thursday and Friday morning until noon. Each space includes one 6-foot draped table. Electricity and audiovisual are additional and should be ordered in advance through Debra Dean at 954-241-4819. Note that tables are unmanned and unsecured. If you are bringing a tabletop display, we suggest getting there early on Thursday morning to select a perimeter table.
Company table tents will be provided during registration check-in. Simply place your table tent on your table of choice during setup. Boxes can be stored beneath the tables or in the Shop!X oﬃce.
Setup: 7:00-7:45 A.M., Thursday, Nov. 3 (prior to the Continental Breakfast)
Tear down: 11:30 A.M.-12:00 P.M., Friday, Nov. 4 (after meeting concludes).
Any items not removed by noon Friday will be disposed of by the hotel.

Boxes will be held in storage and automatically delivered to the exhibit area by 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3. Please bring your tracking details with you in case your box does not arrive as scheduled. It is virtually impossible to track shipments onsite without this!
