Lance Josal FAIA is the Chairman of global architecture, planning and design practice CallisonRTKL. A 40-year veteran of the industry, Lance served as President and CEO of the practice from 2009 to 2017, leading CRTKL through continued growth and prosperity in the face of global economic challenges. Lance is a strong and talented leader supported by a skilled management team and he has played an integral role in reshaping the practice model for global architecture firms. Under his leadership, CallisonRTKL remained profitable, healthy, expansionist and ranked as the third largest architecture firm—a broad, solid foundation for growth and a new generation.

Ignaz Gorischek is an award-winning designer who brings a unique blend of retail experience to CallisonRTKL’s Dallas team. Over the past four decades working for some of the most distinguished retailers in the industry, he has established a reputation for his innovative design philosophy, marked by holistic design solutions and his “modern luxury” style. Ignaz’s background in striking visual merchandising, store planning and design, graphics, art curation and collection, as well as an innovative application of technologies, has made him one of the most recognized figures in retail design.
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Lillis is a Founding Partner and the Chief Executive Officer of Hospitality Alliance, a national consulting, development and management company, where he utilizes his 20-plus years of experience in real estate and finance. Lillis’ background includes serving as the Head of Retail, Food and Beverage for Sahara, the majority owner of the iconic Plaza Hotel and Dream Downtown in Manhattan. Kevin was the sole representative for Sahara in the U.S. overseeing The Todd English Food Hall, The Plaza Food Hall, Palm Court Restaurant, Champagne Bar, Rose Bar, and the retail spaces, totaling over 165,000 square feet. The group is currently working on the repositioning over 200,000 SF of retail and restaurants at Mack Cali’s Harborside in Jersey City, NJ, including dozens of waterfront restaurants and a food hall; the 16,000-SF Food Hall at Crockett Row in Fort Worth for The Carlyle Group; relaunching the six food and beverage operations at The Mayfair Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles; a 40,000-SF project in Philadelphia for Shorenstein; and The Williamsburg Hotel for Heritage Equity.
Casey Stowe is a principal at Nelson+Stowe Development. His firm is focused on urban development and redevelopment with a concentration on downtown Tulsa, OK. Casey envisioned, designed and developed The Boxyard after being inspired by similar projects in Europe. Nelson+Stowe is currently developing over $150 Million in projects across Downtown Tulsa. Casey has served on the Board of Directors of Tulsa Economic Development Corporation (TEDC) for 12 years, has a diverse business background and was recently named one of the 2017 Tulsans of the Year. He earned his degree in finance and an MBA from Loyola University.

Theresa Palermo joined Neiman Marcus Group in September 2017 as Vice President of Brand Marketing and Public Relations. Theresa is an accomplished, decisive and creative marketing and digital executive with a proven track record of defining and executing brand strategies that both drive sales and build brands. Previously, Palermo served as Chief Marketing Officer for Vera Bradley, leading eCommerce, marketing, public relations, visual, and creative organizations for the $500M brand.
Nathan Lenahan oversees all aspects of WeWork’s business in Texas. Nathan joined the WeWork team in 2016 following the sale of Redleg Property Group, a real estate and property management company he launched in Dallas-Fort Worth. Since then, he has led WeWork’s expansion in six cities across the southern U.S., including three in Texas. As a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Army, Nathan also champions WeWork’s veteran-focused initiatives, including the roll-out of Veteran in Residence, a program that provides free office space to veterans starting their own companies.
