Overview

While there will be many opportunities for you to network with store fixture, P-O-P, visual, and design firm companies throughout Shop!X, display tables provide a more formal setting to represent your company. You are encouraged to bring business cards and promotional materials that will help you describe and market your services to potential customers.

What to expect
  • The tables are 6 ft. long and draped
  • The area will be accessible primarily during continental breakfasts and breaks
  • The area will be unsecured and unmanned with the possible exception of the breakfasts and breaks.
  • Tables can be used as a meeting place all day Thursday and Friday morning until noon.
  • The beverage tables will be located in this room to increase traffic near the display tables during the breaks.
  • There is no charge for electricity but you will need to bring a power strip with you, or obtain rentals from the hotel.

Exhibitors requiring additional audiovisual equipment should contact Debra Dean, in advance for individual item rental.

Member $249 / Non-Member $299
*Note: Vendors must be registered for the full event to purchase and man a display table.
